01Who we are

A practical approach to private security.

Founded in 2016, Armani Security and Investigation provides private security and investigation services across California for commercial properties, residential communities, private estates, construction, healthcare, events and individuals requiring personal protection.

The environments differ, but the operating principle is consistent: security has to fit the site, people, schedule and exposure. A residential gate, vacant property patrol and event entrance each demand different instructions, supervision and response decisions.

Protective assignments require the same discipline. The team must understand the principal's schedule, movement and privacy expectations before the movement begins. The job changes from site to site; the operating standard should not.

02Mission

Security requirements change with the property, the people using it and the operating environment. Armani builds assignments around defined responsibilities, appropriately qualified personnel, supervision, communication and documented response procedures.

04Operations

The work does not stop when the officer arrives.

A strong security operation has a process behind it. Most failures are not dramatic — a post is worked differently by the relief officer, a patrol becomes predictable, an incident is never written up. The model below exists to make those failures visible before they matter.

  1. Assess

    Understand the risk

Understand the property, the people, the access points, the blind spots and the hours of greatest exposure before recommending any post, patrol or technology.

  2. Plan

    Write the post orders

Turn those observations into clear post orders, patrol instructions and escalation procedures so every officer assigned to the site works to the same standard.

  3. Deploy

    Place the right officers

Assign officers and resources that fit the actual assignment — armed or unarmed, foot post, vehicle patrol or K9 — rather than using the same formula everywhere.

  4. Monitor

    Hold the standard

Supervision and communication keep the operation connected after the first shift begins. Field supervisors and a centralized dispatcher maintain radio contact around the clock.

  5. Respond

    Act without delay

When an alarm, incident or emergency occurs, everyone should know who acts and who communicates. Round-the-clock armed response is coordinated with law enforcement where appropriate.

  6. Report

    Leave a record

A security incident should not disappear when the shift ends. Daily activity and incident reports create a written record that can be reviewed.

05People

Our key asset is the workforce.

We aim to maintain an operating culture built on clear communication, reliability, professional conduct and respect — for clients and for the people responsible for delivering the work.

Continuity matters. Personnel who are supervised properly, understand their post and learn the normal pattern of a site are better positioned to notice when something changes.
