01Guarding & Patrol

Coverage without a permanent post

Some properties do not need a guard standing there all night. They do need someone to show up, check the right places and make the visit difficult to predict.

Vehicle & Foot Patrol Β· Available throughout California Β· 24-hour operations

01Overview

Mobile patrol is useful for vacant buildings, residential neighbourhoods, construction sites, business parks and properties where the exposure is concentrated after hours.

Patrols can cover gates, doors, exterior areas, lighting, equipment and client-defined checkpoints. Visits should not become a predictable timetable that someone can simply work around. Armani patrol officers work in company-marked vehicles, and the vehicle itself is a large part of the deterrent.

A patrol log should tell the client more than "property checked." It should help answer what was checked, whether anything looked different and whether an incident required follow-up. Where requested, Guard Scan tour verification can provide a documented record of checkpoints, and on a large site an onsite golf cart can be provided for faster movement.

02Who this is for

Where this service earns its place.

  • Multi-property owners and managers

Portfolios where each property needs regular verified checks but none individually justifies standing coverage.

  • Residential neighbourhoods and HOAs

Communities pooling coverage across a street or district, where a marked vehicle on an unpredictable pattern is the deterrent.

  • Vacant and between-tenant property

Buildings exposed to trespass, copper theft, squatting and vandalism during the period they are least watched.

  • Construction and equipment yards

Sites where materials and plant sit unattended overnight and weekend loss is the dominant risk.

03Scope

What the engagement includes.

  • Randomised visit schedules β€” no learnable pattern
  • Exterior perimeter, gate, door and lighting checks
  • Client-specified checkpoints written into the patrol order
  • Incident response and law-enforcement coordination
  • Armed or unarmed patrol officers according to assessment
  • Guard Scan tour verification with bi-weekly printouts on request
  • Written patrol logs and incident reports

04Process

How a deployment runs.

  1. Route and checkpoint design

We establish what needs to be physically verified at each property and set checkpoints accordingly, rather than driving past and calling it a patrol.

  2. Frequency matched to exposure

Visit counts are set against the hours a property is genuinely at risk β€” typically overnight and weekends β€” and adjusted as conditions change.

  3. Randomised execution

Visits are distributed unpredictably across the coverage window so that the pattern cannot be observed and worked around.

  4. Verification and reporting

Guard Scan printouts, patrol logs and incident reports give the client evidence of coverage rather than an assurance of it.

07Questions

What clients ask first.

It depends on the exposure window rather than the size of the property. A vacant building might need three or four overnight checks; an occupied business park with good lighting might need two. We set frequency against the hours the site is genuinely at risk and revisit it as conditions change.
