Informational purpose
Website content describes Armani Security and Investigation's services and operating approach in general terms. It is not a quotation, site-specific security assessment, legal advice or a promise that any particular service or personnel configuration is available for a specific assignment.
Engagements and regulated services
A client relationship is created only through an accepted written agreement. California-regulated services are performed within the licensing and personnel requirements applicable to the assignment. Outside Armani's direct jurisdiction, regulated work may be coordinated through appropriately licensed local providers where required.
Emergency communications
Armani is a private security company and is not a public emergency-response agency. For police, fire or medical emergencies call 911. Urgent private-security requests may be directed to the company's operations contact.
Submissions
Do not submit unlawful material or highly sensitive documents through a public form. Public enquiries may be screened for automated abuse. Sensitive documents should be transferred only through an approved secure channel when one is provided.
Intellectual property
Site design, original text, graphics, photographs and code are owned by Armani or used under applicable rights and permissions. Content may not be republished or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by law.
Accuracy and availability
Armani aims to keep public information current, but services, personnel availability, geographic coordination and regulations may change. Final scope, pricing, availability and compliance requirements are confirmed during the contracting process.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by California law to the extent applicable. Final client agreements may contain their own governing-law and dispute provisions.
