01Guarding & Patrol
Professional security that fits into the property
For many properties, the most useful security presence is an officer who knows the site, recognises the routine and handles people professionally.
Unarmed Security Officers · Available throughout California · 24-hour operations
01Overview
Unarmed officers are often the most visible part of a client's security operation. They may greet residents, control access, check visitors, walk the property, monitor entrances or document an incident. Their conduct therefore becomes part of the client's reputation.
We focus on clear post orders, consistent assignments, supervision and communication so officers know what they are responsible for before the shift begins. Officers hold guard registration issued through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services and complete the state-mandated training that registration requires.
The goal is not simply to put a person at a desk or gate. The goal is to give that person enough information and support to notice when something is different and know what to do about it.
02Who this is for
Where this service earns its place.
Commercial and office property
Lobby posts, access control, after-hours coverage and tenant liaison in buildings where the officer is also the face of the property.
Residential communities and estates
Gatehouse and foot-post coverage where familiarity with residents, vehicles and routine is the security measure.
Retail and mixed-use environments
Deterrence, loss prevention support and incident documentation in settings where a public-facing manner matters as much as vigilance.
Construction and vacant property
Material and equipment protection, contractor access control, and a documented record of who was on site and when.

04Process
How a deployment runs.
Site walk and coverage design
We map entrances, blind spots, movement patterns and the hours during which the site is genuinely exposed, then propose coverage that matches — not a default twelve-hour block.
Post orders written to the site
Patrol routes, check frequencies, visitor procedure, key handling, alarm response and reporting requirements are documented so every officer works to one standard.
Officer assignment and continuity
We aim for consistent officers on a site. Continuity is what turns a guard into someone who notices that something is different today.
Supervision, reporting and review
Field supervision, 24-hour dispatch contact and written shift reporting, with periodic review of whether the coverage still fits the risk.

07Questions
What clients ask first.
For the majority of commercial, residential and construction sites, yes — particularly when paired with a patrol pattern, alarm response and adequate lighting and camera coverage. The assessment exists to answer this honestly rather than to sell an upgrade.
