03Response & Technology
An alarm should start a response, not a guessing game
When an alarm activates, the important question is what happens next. With 24/7 verified response in place, you no longer have to incur the risk of attending an activation yourself.
Alarm Verified Response · Available throughout California · 24-hour operations
01Overview
Alarm response connects technology to people. An activation can be caused by an intrusion, a mistake, a maintenance issue or something that has not yet been identified. The response process should therefore be clear before the alarm occurs.
Patrol officers can be assigned to verify the condition of the property, communicate findings and coordinate with the appropriate parties. Armani provides 24/7 alarm response as an emergency service, and where the situation warrants it, round-the-clock armed response is available and law enforcement is coordinated with directly.
For residences and businesses, this can also reduce the need for clients or tenants to attend an activation themselves. Response works best when the responding officer already knows the property, which is why alarm response is frequently paired with vehicle patrol coverage.

04Process
How a deployment runs.
Site file and access arrangements
Before the first activation, we record access points, alarm zones, key arrangements, contacts and anything an officer would need to know at 3am.
Activation and dispatch
The centralized dispatcher receives the activation and assigns the nearest available officer with the site file to hand.
Attendance and verification
The officer attends, establishes the cause, checks the perimeter and access points, and secures the property where possible.
Report and escalation
Law enforcement is coordinated with where an intrusion is confirmed, the client is notified, and a written incident report follows.

07Questions
What clients ask first.
Because you have no way of knowing what caused it until you are already there. That is the risk verified response exists to remove: an officer trained to approach an unknown property attends instead, verifies the cause and reports what was found.
